They were prompt, responsive, answered all my questions thoroughly, and when I needed clarification they provided it. The roofers continually had a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude the entire three days they were here. My attention to detail can be a bit annoying, but they even weathered that very well. They solved every request I had, including sweeping the area with a giant magnet multiple times to make sure they got the nails picked up. That was a big concern of mine since I have a dog that loves to run like the wind in my yard. A advised me that they are always open to improving and providing the best service possible. His support staff, his daughter Faby was terrific to work with. They explained the step-by-step process and reassured me every step of the way. It’s a big deal to have people up on your roof and you want to make sure they have all the insurance coverage they need before they proceed.
